Erika Sirutytė joins the board of Euroapotheca, UAB

Erika Sirutytė, Head of People Department at Euroapotheca, has been elected as new board member at Euroapotheca, UAB. The change is effective from 22th of March 2019.

Erika will replace Oksana Kostogriz, who recently became new CEO and Chairman of the board of Euroapteek OU in Estonia.

After joining our group in the end of last year, Erika has proved herself as outstanding professional to lead our group activities for sustainable integration and further development both from organisation and people perspective. Having acquisitions in Sweden and Estonia completed last year, we need to build a sustainable system in achieving business results, attracting and retaining the best people, and to be top employer in our business area.

Before joining the Euroapotheca team for the past five years Erika led HR Department at one of the largest law firms in the Baltic States Ellex Valiunas, prior to that, she headed HR Services of Philip Morris Baltics. Erika has MBA degree from HEC Paris University in France.
