EUROAPOTHECA

Euroapotheca is an international group of companies in Baltic States managing retail pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesale companies, and online pharmacies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The group began its operations in 1998. At the end of 2025, the Euroapotheca Group owned 317 pharmacies, had 70 franchise pharmacies across the Baltic States and employed more than 2,900 people.

Euroapotheca is part of the international Vilniaus prekyba group – a diversified investment management company which, through its subsidiaries, manages investments in retail and pharmacy chains, as well as companies engaged in real estate development and rental services in the Baltic States, Sweden, Poland and Bulgaria.
