The team is moving toward a product engineering model — engineers owning features they build, understanding the business context, and testing their own code. This role is about leading that shift while growing the team and keeping delivery on track. 

    Your responsibilities will include:  

    • Help the team grow into product ownership – deeper understanding of what we’re building, why, and for whom 
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, grow engineers through mentoring, pair programming, and knowledge sharing 
    • Work with product peers and stakeholders to keep the team connected to business outcomes
