  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Analysis and evaluation of internal clients’ needs for information systems
    • Systems’ interconnection and integration analysis
    • Preparation of solution and technical tasks to clients and developers teams
    • Collaboration with developers’ teams: implementation process planning, division of assignments and monitoring
    • Communication with other members of product team to assist in planning and execution
    • Preparation of testing scenarios and participation in testing

    We are looking for a colleague who has:

    • 2+ years experience as ERP Consultant
    • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central ERP
    • Knowledge of software development
    • Good understanding of technology and business needs
    • Analytical, problem-solving mindset
    • Business and tech savviness
    • Fluent in English and Lithuanian

    It would be an advantage if you have:

    • Knowledge of SQL databases and relational data architecture

  • Head of Application Development

    We are looking for an experienced and collaborative colleague to join our team as Head of Application Development. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team that develops and supports our business application solutions. The ideal candidate will have background in most of following languages C#, C/AL, AL, PHP or SQL. In this role you will report to CTO.

    In this position you will:

    • Lead a team of application developers, fostering a collaborative work environment
    • Oversee the design and architecture of business applications to ensure scalability, performance, and security
    • Ensure the development of high-quality code and adherence to coding standards and best practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems’ efficiency and reliability to meet business needs and enhance stakeholders’ experience
    • Drive development of solutions for POS systems and Pharmacy back-end operations
    • Drive warehouse applications support to optimize logistics and inventory management
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
    • Contribute to development and execution of IT projects
    • Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge
    • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of development processes and outputs

    We are looking for a colleague who has:

    • Proven experience leading development teams
    • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodology
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
    • Strong interest in business processes and needs
    • Advanced English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal

    It would be an advantage if you have:

    • Knowledge of C/AL, .NET, PHP, SQL and BI technologies
    • Experience in ERP development (ideally Business Central/ NAV)
