  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central Developer (Mid/ Senior)

    We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and modernization of ERP solutions used in our pharmacy chains.

    You will work with business and technical teams to improve existing Dynamics environments, upgrade legacy solutions, and build integrations with internal and external systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex ERP projects and contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

    What you will do:

    • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions using C/AL and AL
    • Contribute to international ERP projects, implementing system improvements and new functionality
    • Participate in version upgrades and modernization initiatives for existing NAV / Business Central environments
    • Design and implement integrations between ERP and other systems using XML, REST APIs, and Web Services

    We are looking for:

    • 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (C/AL, AL)
    • Experience working with Web Services and system integrations
    • Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
    • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Lithuanian

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with LS Retail

  • .NET Developer (Mid/ Senior)

    We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer (Mid/ Senior) to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of large-scale POS and loyalty systems used in pharmacy retail operations.

    In this role, you will work on maintaining and improving existing systems, implementing new functionality, and refactoring legacy components to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.

    What you will do:

    • Develop and maintain large-scale POS and loyalty systems
    • Refactor and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and maintainability
    • Implement new features and enhancements across backend services and desktop application components
    • Integrate internal and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs
    • Contribute to code quality through code reviews, testing, and development best practices

    We are looking for:

    • 3+ years of experience with C# .NET and .NET Core
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and modern software development practices
    • Experience developing WPF applications using the MVVM pattern
    • Experience working with SOAP and REST integrations
    • Experience using Git and Jira in a team environment
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL

  • Engineering Manager / Team Lead (.NET)

    We are seeking an Engineering Manager / Team Lead (.NET) to lead a team building and maintaining our large-scale Point of Sale (POS) platform for pharmacies in Baltics.

    You will drive delivery and technical excellence across a mixed ecosystem: .NET/.NET Core services and a wide range of integrations (SOAP/REST) while leading engineers, aligning with stakeholders, and continuously modernizing a mission-critical domain

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead a team delivering features and improvements for POS, balancing new development with system stability
    • Own and drive the technical roadmap: refactoring, performance optimization, tech debt reduction, and modernization initiatives
    • Establish and uphold engineering practices: architecture principles, code reviews, testing strategy, and maintainability standards
    • Grow the team through mentoring, pair programming, and structured knowledge sharing
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, and support engineers’ growth and performance
    • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate needs into executable plans, manage expectations, and communicate trade-offs

    We are looking for a colleague who has:

    • 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management / team lead roles
