    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Linux System Administrator

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Installation and configuration of Linux based infrastructure solutions
    • Planning and implementing systems version updates
    • Troubleshooting systems problems, optimizing systems configurations, and implementing systems’ upgrade
    • Managing, monitoring, and deploying patches / updates for relevant firmware and Operating Systems
    • Performing regular backups and restores

  • Head of Products

    We are looking for Head of Products to lead our product management efforts and guide a team responsible for driving our IT products and business applications forward. As the Head of Products, you will lead Product Owners and Team Leads of IT Business Analysts Teams (total responsibility for 25 employees in the unit). Your main responsibility will be to oversee the product management of our business applications, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions for our pharmacy chain, online pharmacies and warehouse business operations across Baltics and Sweden. This includes working with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of both back-end and front-end solutions.

    You will report directly to the CTO and work in a close collaboration with other senior leaders to ensure our product portfolio aligns with the goals of the organization. Your leadership will be key in fostering a customer-centric, agile, and results-oriented product development culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Product Owners and Team Leads of IT Business Analysts‘ Teams (total responsibility for > 25 employees in the unit), providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development
    • Oversee development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
    • Manage design, architecture, and implementation of IT business applications to ensure scalability, performance, and security
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, optimize user experience, and deliver business value across a wide array of IT applications, including POS systems, pharmacy back-end operations, and warehouse management solutions
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement of both products and processes
    • Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements, innovation, and optimization
    • Lead the execution of IT projects from conception through delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout
    • Drive monitoring and evaluation of emerging technologies to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and future-proof

    • Proven experience leading teams in product management

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office365 environments
    • Handling access requests and ensuring compliance with internal security policies
    • Creating and modifying automated jobs/reports via PowerShell
    • Creating, modifying, and deactivating user and group accounts across on-premises and cloud systems
    • Managing file server permissions and shared folder access using NTFS and share-level permissions
