Changes in Euroapotheca's management team - Raimonda Kižienė leaves the group

Raimonda Kižienė, CEO and Chair of the board at Euroapotheca leaves the Euroapotheca group, the change takes into power from 6th of November. Laimonas Devyžis, CFO of Euroapotheca will act as interim CEO of Euroapotheca. From November 6th, two bord members of Vilniaus prekyba will join Euroapotheca Board – CEO Mantas Kuncaitis and CFO Evelina Černienė. M. Kuncaitis will also become the Chair of the board of Euroapotheca.

The decision to change the head of Euroapotheca was made by mutual agreement, following the diverging views on matters with Vilniaus Prekyba regarding further development strategy of the company.
